Terms & Conditions

Use of Wilson County Released Inmates is subject to these terms. By browsing or using its tools, a visitor agrees to them. Anyone who does not accept the terms should stop using the site.

Wilson County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. It helps visitors locate Wilson County and Texas jail-record resources. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. The site is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private reference has no official authority. It stores no government record, cannot confirm custody, cannot release anyone, and cannot submit a public-records filing for a visitor.

Its role is to point toward Wilson County jail and release resources, Texas custody systems, and optional outside research tools.

No Consumer Reports

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Users agree not to apply information from the site or linked tools to an FCRA-covered decision.

  • Tenant selection or any housing decision
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Outside Resources

Links may lead to official sources including the Wilson County Sheriff, Wilson County Clerk, and Wilson County District Clerk, along with corrections sites, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. Wilson County Released Inmates does not control those services, their data practices, content, accuracy, or availability. Review each destination's own terms.

Service Without Warranties

All content and tools are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made about the following:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status
  • Continuous and uninterrupted availability
  • Freedom from bugs, errors, or security flaws
  • The scope or quality of an outside partner's results

Custody facts and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from a sheriff, court, corrections department, or other agency.
